1.What photography and videography services do you offer?
We provide a wide range of services including wedding photography (candid and traditional), pre-wedding shoots, wedding films, drone photography, live streaming, corporate films, fashion shoots, and maternity shoots. We also cover small functions like engagements and roka ceremonies.
2.What is the starting price for a wedding photography package?
Our wedding photography package starts at ₹35,000 for a one-day candid and traditional photography coverage. For a full photo + video package, the cost is ₹60,000 per day, which includes candid photography, traditional photography, and cinematic videography.
3.Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes, we travel outstation for destination weddings. Travel costs are included in the package, but the client is responsible for the team's accommodation during the stay.
4.What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, we offer a full refund if we initiate the cancellation. For client-initiated cancellations, no refund is provided, but we can adjust the date for a future event. Please note that no refunds are available within 45 days of the wedding date.
5.How long does it take to receive the edited photos and videos?
We typically deliver the final edited photos and videos within one week from the event date, ensuring you can relive your memories as soon as possible.
6.What is the payment schedule?
We require an advance payment of up to 25% to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due as per the agreed schedule before the event.
