1.What is the payment structure for booking your services?
We require a 50% advance payment to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the event.
2.Do you travel for outstation weddings?
Yes, we are happy to travel for outstation events. Travel costs are included in the package, but the client is responsible for providing accommodation for the team.
3.How long does it take to receive the final photos and videos?
Our standard delivery time is approximately 7 weeks from the event date. We ensure every image is carefully edited and curated before delivery.
4.What is included in your wedding photography and videography package?
Our most popular package starts at ₹30,000 per day and includes candid photography, traditional photography, and cinematic videography coverage for the wedding day.
5.Do you offer separate photography-only packages?
Yes, we offer a photography-only package starting at ₹20,000 for one day, which includes candid and traditional photography coverage for the wedding day.
6.Can you cover smaller functions like engagement or roka ceremonies?
Absolutely. For smaller functions such as engagements or roka ceremonies, we charge around ₹20,000 for up to 4 hours of coverage.
7.What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel within one month of the event or on the wedding day, no refund is provided. For cancellations made earlier, 50% of the advance amount is refundable.
