1.What photography and videography services do you offer?
We provide a comprehensive range of services including candid and traditional wedding photography, pre-wedding shoots, wedding films, maternity shoots, fashion shoots, and event coverage. Our packages are designed to cover everything from engagement ceremonies to the main wedding day.
2.How much do your wedding photography packages cost?
Our wedding photography and videography package starts at ₹50,000 per day, which includes candid photography, traditional photography, and cinematic videography. For a dedicated photography-only package covering the wedding day, the cost is ₹25,000. We also offer customized packages for smaller functions like engagements and roka ceremonies starting at ₹25,000 for a 4-hour coverage.
3.What is your payment and booking process?
We require a 50% advance payment to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due before the event. A non-refundable booking fee of 20% is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
4.Do you travel for destination weddings or events outside Udaipur?
Yes, we are happy to travel for events both within and outside the city. Outstation travel and stay charges are borne by the client. We have experience covering weddings across Rajasthan and other locations.
5.How long does it take to receive the final photos and videos?
Our standard delivery time is approximately three weeks from the event date. We ensure all images and films are carefully edited and delivered in high resolution.
6.What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, we offer a date adjustment option but no refund on the booking fee. If we initiate the cancellation, a full refund is provided. Please refer to our terms and conditions for complete details.
