1.What is your fee structure for wedding planning?
We charge a fixed fee for our planning services, which covers the entire scope of the wedding. Payment is structured as 50% advance upon confirmation and the remaining 50% balance due 15–30 days before the event. We do not accept post-event payments.
2.Do you work with your own decor team or external vendors?
We collaborate exclusively with outside decorators and vendors, allowing us to bring in the best creative talent and resources for each event. This ensures a fresh, customized look for every celebration.
3.What destinations have you planned weddings in?
Our weddings span diverse landscapes across India and internationally. In India, we have planned events in Rajasthan, Goa, Delhi NCR, Kerala, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. Internationally, we have worked in France (Cannes, Paris), Spain, Thailand, Sri Lanka, UAE, Bali, Turkey, Maldives, and the UK.
4.What services do you offer as a wedding planner?
We provide a comprehensive range of services including destination and venue planning, creative wedding consultation and visual storyboarding, entertainment and artist curation, full-service vendor onboarding, luxury concierge and guest experience management, and executive show-running with day-of coordination.
5.What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a partial refund if the cancellation is initiated by the client or by us. The specific refund amount depends on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation, and we discuss this in detail during the booking process.
6.Have you planned any celebrity weddings?
Yes, we have had the privilege of planning weddings for notable personalities including cricketer Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic, as well as Viraj Ghelani and Palak Khimawat.
