We require a 50% advance payment to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due as per the agreed schedule. For cancellations initiated by the client, no refund is offered. If we need to cancel, a full refund is provided.
2.Do you cover destination weddings or events outside Udaipur?
Yes, we provide services across India. For outstation events, travel and accommodation costs are borne by the client. We are happy to travel to any location to capture your special moments.
3.What photography and videography services do you offer?
We specialize in wedding photography (candid and traditional), pre-wedding shoots, maternity shoots, and corporate event photography. We also offer wedding films and cinematic videography as part of our packages.
4.What is the typical cost for a wedding photography package?
Our wedding photography package (candid + traditional) for a single day starts at around ₹2,00,000. A combined photo and video package for a full wedding day is approximately ₹4,00,000. For smaller functions like engagement or roka, we charge around ₹1,50,000 for up to 4 hours.
5.How many days are included in your most popular wedding package?
Our most booked wedding package covers 2 days of coverage, ensuring all major events are captured comprehensively.
6.How long does it take to receive the final photos and videos?
We typically deliver the edited photos and videos within 5 weeks from the event date. We ensure high-quality editing and a timely delivery.
7.What is your cancellation policy?
