1.What is the booking process and payment structure?
We require a 50% advance payment to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due before the event or as per the agreed schedule.
2.Do you cover outstation weddings?
Yes, we are happy to travel for weddings outside Ambernath. The client is responsible for our stay, while travel costs are included in the package.
3.What photography packages do you offer?
Our most popular package is a 3-day wedding photography and videography package starting at ₹35,000 per day, which includes candid, traditional, and cinematic coverage. We also have a one-day wedding photography package at ₹20,000 covering candid and traditional styles.
4.Do you cover small functions like engagement or roka?
Absolutely. We offer a 4-hour coverage package for small functions such as engagement, roka, sangeet, and reception, starting at ₹15,000.
5.How long does it take to receive the final photos and videos?
We typically deliver the complete gallery and edited videos within 2 weeks from the event date.
6.What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, we offer a partial refund. If we initiate the cancellation, you will receive a full refund. Standard terms apply.
