1.What photography and videography services do you offer?
We provide a comprehensive range including wedding photography (candid and traditional), pre-wedding shoots, maternity sessions, fashion shoots, wedding films, and corporate films. Albums are also included in our packages.
2.What is the starting price for a wedding photography package?
Our wedding photography package starts at ₹20,000 for a one-day candid and traditional photography coverage. For a combined photo and video package including pre-wedding, the price begins at ₹35,000 per day.
3.How long does it take to receive the final photos and videos?
We typically deliver the complete edited photos and videos within one week from the event date.
4.Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes, we have shot weddings across India and are happy to travel to any location. Outstation travel and stay expenses are to be covered by the client.
5.What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If you cancel, we offer a date adjustment option. For cancellations initiated by the client, 50% of the advance payment is refunded. No refund is provided if we initiate the cancellation.
6.What are your payment terms?
We require an advance payment of up to 25% to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due as per the agreed schedule.
7.Can you cover small functions like engagement or roka?
Absolutely. For smaller events such as engagements or roka ceremonies, we charge around ₹20,000 for up to 4 hours of coverage.
