1.What photography and videography services do you offer?
We provide a comprehensive range of services including wedding photography (candid and traditional), pre-wedding shoots, maternity shoots, fashion shoots, cinematic videography, and event photography for functions like engagements and roka ceremonies.
2.How much does a wedding photography and videography package cost?
Our most popular wedding photography and videography package is priced at ₹60,000 per day, covering candid photography, traditional photography, and cinematic video. We also offer a photography-only package starting at ₹25,000 per day.
3.What is your booking and payment process?
We require an advance payment of up to 25% to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due as per the agreed schedule, typically 80% a week before the event and the final 20% after delivery of the final products.
4.Do you travel for outstation events?
Yes, we are available for destination weddings and outstation assignments. Travel and accommodation costs are borne by the client.
5.How long does it take to receive the final photos and videos?
Our standard delivery time is approximately 5 weeks from the event date. We ensure each image and video is carefully edited to meet our quality standards.
6.What is your cancellation policy?
In case of cancellation by the client, the advance token amount is non-refundable. If we initiate the cancellation, a full refund of any payments made will be provided.
7.Do you cover small functions like engagements or roka?
Yes, we offer coverage for small functions such as engagements and roka ceremonies. The cost for a 4-hour session starts at approximately ₹80,000.
