1.What is the payment structure for booking?
A 50% advance is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due as per the agreed schedule.
2.Do you cover travel costs for outstation weddings?
Travel costs are included in the package. However, the client is responsible for the team's accommodation for outstation events.
3.What types of photography services do you offer?
We offer candid photography, traditional photography, wedding films, pre-wedding shoots, and coverage for small functions like engagement, sangeet, roka, and reception. We also provide fashion shoots.
4.What is the starting price for a wedding photography and videography package?
Our one-day wedding photography and videography package starts at ₹60,000, which includes candid, traditional, and cinematic coverage.
5.How much does a small function photography package cost?
For small functions like engagement or roka, we charge around ₹20,000 for a 4-hour coverage.
6.How long does it take to receive the final photos and videos?
The delivery time is approximately 6 weeks from the event date.
7.What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 60 days before the event, 70% of the paid amount (excluding the non-refundable advance) will be refunded. Rescheduling is free. If we cancel, a partial refund is offered.
