1.What photography and videography services do you offer?
We specialize in wedding photography (candid and traditional), pre-wedding shoots and films, maternity shoots, fashion shoots, and wedding cinematography. We also offer comprehensive wedding packages that include photo, video, and pre-wedding coverage.
2.How much do your wedding photography packages cost?
Our one-day wedding photography and videography package, which includes candid and traditional photography along with cinematic video, is priced at ₹90,000. For a photography-only package covering candid and traditional styles for one day, the cost is ₹50,000. We also have a small function package (e.g., engagement, roka) starting at ₹30,000 for 4 hours.
3.What is your booking and payment process?
We require a 50% advance payment to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due as per the agreed schedule. We offer date adjustments if needed, but cancellations initiated by the client are non-refundable (date adjustment can be done). If we need to cancel, a full refund is provided.
4.Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes, we are based in Udaipur but are happy to travel to other cities for weddings. Travel costs are included in the package, but outstation stay for the team is borne by the client.
5.How long does it take to receive the final photos and videos?
Our standard delivery time for wedding photos and videos is approximately 6 weeks from the event date. We ensure every image and film is carefully edited to meet our quality standards.
6.What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, we do not offer a refund, but we can adjust the date for a future event. If we, as the vendor, initiate the cancellation, you will receive a full refund.
