1.What photography and videography services do you offer?
We provide a comprehensive range including candid and traditional wedding photography, pre-wedding shoots, maternity shoots, fashion shoots, photo booth services, and wedding films. We also cover corporate events and small functions like engagements and roka.
2.How much do your wedding photography packages cost?
Our wedding photography and videography package starts at ₹35,000 per day, covering candid and traditional photography along with cinematic video. For wedding photography only (candid and traditional), the cost is ₹15,000 per day. Small function coverage (e.g., engagement, roka) for up to 4 hours is available at around ₹10,000.
3.What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, we do not offer a refund but can adjust the date for a future event. If we initiate the cancellation, a partial refund will be provided. No refunds are available within one month of the wedding date; otherwise, 50% of the amount is refundable.
4.Do you travel for outstation events?
Yes, we are based in Mumbai and are happy to travel for outstation bookings. The client is responsible for covering our travel and accommodation expenses.
5.What is your booking and payment process?
We require a 50% advance payment to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due as per the agreed schedule. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.
6.How long does it take to receive the final photos and videos?
Our standard delivery time is approximately 6 weeks from the event date. We ensure each image and film is carefully edited to meet our quality standards.
