Technical Setup in Mumbai

Technical setup costs in India often depend on equipment specifications like LED screen pixel pitch, PA system wattage, and number of lighting fixtures. Vendors usually offer packages per event, per day, or custom quotes based on the scale of your production technical vendor requirements, inclusive of crew and transport. Always clarify what's included.

Booking your technical setup well in advance is crucial, especially for festive seasons, long weekends, or destination weddings. Popular production technical vendors get booked 6-12 months ahead for critical dates. Confirming early ensures availability of specific equipment like high-lumen projectors or moving head lights and experienced crew for your AV rigging and stage lighting needs.

Ensure your contract specifies backup equipment like spare microphones, lighting consoles, and a generator for power failures. Discuss contingency plans for crew unavailability or equipment malfunctions. Clarify cancellation and refund policies upfront, especially for large-scale AV rigging and sound setups.
