Absolutely. We love bringing your vision to life. We can customize:

  1. Dietary Needs: Pure vegetarian (eggless) and health-focused variations.

To ensure the highest quality and freshness, we recommend the following booking timelines:
 

  1. Standard Orders (Cookies/Cupcakes): 24 to 48 hours in advance.
  2. Bulk Event/Gift Hampers: 3 to 5 days in advance.
  3. Custom Celebration Cakes: At least 3 days in advance to allow for detailed preparation and set-up.
5. What is your payment policy?

We offer a seamless and transparent payment process for all our orders:
 

  • Booking & Confirmation: To confirm your order, we require a 50% advance payment at the time of booking. This allows us to source the freshest premium ingredients—like pure ghee and specialized millets—for your specific batch.
     
  • Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the order, prior to dispatch or at the time of pickup.
     
  • Accepted Methods: We accept all major digital payment modes, including UPI (GPay/PhonePe), Bank Transfers, and Cash for local pickups.
     
  • Bulk/Event Orders: For larger events or custom hampers, we recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance to ensure availability.
     

Note: Since our products are handcrafted and made-to-order without preservatives, the advance deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery date.
