We recommend booking your dates as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak season events, as dates are reserved on a first-confirmation basis. At U K M Photos, most wedding bookings are generally confirmed by a 20% booking amount to secure the dates.

However, the booking timeline and confirmation process may vary depending on the type of event, event location, or destination coverage. In some special cases and situations, all details regarding booking and payment are discussed personally during the meeting so that everything remains clear and comfortable for both sides.

At U K M Photos, our payment policy is designed to keep the booking process smooth, transparent, and convenient for both sides.

* 20% of the total amount is taken as a booking/token amount to confirm the dates.
* 60% advance payment is required 15 days before the event.
* 10% payment is taken after the delivery of the final video/teaser films.
* The remaining 10% is completed after the delivery of the album.

Please note that the payment structure may slightly vary depending on the inclusion of pre-wedding shoots, destination weddings, multiple-event coverage, or events taking place in different cities. All payment details and deliverables are clearly discussed and finalized with the client before booking confirmation.
