1.What is the payment structure for booking your services?
We require a 50% advance payment to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due as per the agreed schedule.
2.Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes, we are available for destination weddings. Travel and stay costs for outstation events are borne by the client.
3.What types of photography services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of services including candid and traditional wedding photography, pre-wedding shoots, maternity shoots, fashion shoots, and coverage for smaller functions like engagement, sangeet, roka, and reception.
4.What is the cost of a wedding photography and videography package?
Our most popular package starts at ₹75,000 per day and includes candid photography, traditional photography, and cinematic videography. A photography-only package is available at ₹50,000 per day.
5.How long does it take to receive the final photos and videos?
We typically deliver the final edited photos and videos within 2 weeks from the event date.
6.What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel, no refund is offered, but we can adjust the date. If we cancel, a full refund is provided. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
7.Do you offer packages for small functions?
Yes, we offer a 4-hour coverage package for small functions like engagement or roka at a cost of around ₹25,000.
