1.What is your payment policy?

Payment Policy – Sur Maaya Entertainment

  • Booking Advance: 50% of the total amount to confirm the artists and block the date
  • Balance Payment: 50% to be cleared on or before the event day (preferably before setup/performance)
  • Mode of Payment: Bank transfer / UPI
  • Blocking Without Advance: Dates are not held without a confirmed advance
  • Cancellation: Advance is non-refundable due to artist blocking and opportunity cost
  • Last-Minute Changes: Any additions or upgrades will be charged accordingly
