Our setups start from ₹999 for a simple balloon decoration, with most birthday and baby-celebration packages falling between ₹1,499 and ₹5,000. Theme setups, premium backdrops, and large-scale décor (canopies, stage setups) can range higher. The exact price depends on venue size, theme complexity, and add-ons, so we always share a clear quote before you book — nothing is added on the day

We recommend booking at least 3–4 days ahead, especially for custom themes or personalised name/age banners, so we have time to plan and source materials. That said, we do accommodate same-day and shortnotice bookings where our schedule allows — reach out and we'll let you know right away.

Yes, wherever possible. Same-day slots depend on our existing bookings for the day, so it's best to message us as early as you can with your event details and we'll confirm availability quickly.

Absolutely — surprise decorations are one of our most-booked services. Just let us know who will let our team in, the best time window to work in, and any details we should be careful about, and we'll plan the setup to stay a complete surprise.

Yes. Beyond birthdays and first-birthday setups, we decorate for baby showers, name-reveal ceremonies, newborn welcomes, anniversaries, bride-to-be celebrations, shop openings, corporate events, school and community functions, seasonal and festival occasions, car balloon décor, and other personal celebrations.

We ask for a booking advance of 40–50% of the total package value to confirm your date and design, with the balance payable on the day of setup. Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.

Yes. Cancellations made 3 or more days before your event are refunded minus the cost of any materials already purchased. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, since balloons and props are usually already procured by then. Rescheduling is free once, subject to availability, if requested at least 24–48 hours ahead.

Yes, we do terrace, garden, and other open-air setups. Since these are weather-dependent, we keep an eye on the forecast and will reach out to discuss an indoor alternative or a safe reschedule if rain or strong wind is expected on the day.

No. The quote we share upfront covers your full setup. The only possible addition is a small travel charge for venues toward the outer edge of our 20 km service area, and that is always mentioned before you confirm your booking — never added on the day.

Definitely. Every setup can be tailored to your chosen colours and theme, and we're happy to add personalised name or age banners. Feel free to share reference photos or a Pinterest/Instagram board — it helps us design exactly what you're picturing.

Yes. Our team clears all packaging waste and leaves your space neat once the decoration is complete.
