The founder and driving force behind Raddhe Sound, Hitesh Togaadiya is a true example of passion, perseverance, and continuous self-growth.

His journey began as a professional electrical wiring contractor in Mumbai, where he worked for 5 years mastering the technical nuances of power systems and infrastructure. Seeking a broader path, he shifted to Ahmedabad and took on the role of Chief Program Coordinator with renowned life coach Sneh Desai. For over a decade, Hitesh managed national and international seminars, including four assignments in the USA, gaining vast experience in event execution, planning, and crowd engagement.

Fuelled by his love for the event industry, Hitesh launched his first entrepreneurial venture, Raddhe Event Management, handling weddings, corporate functions, and cultural programs. But deep inside, he was always drawn to the technical side of events — sound. That passion led to the birth of Raddhe Sound.

Starting with a small inventory, Hitesh served Gujarati drama groups and local musical events. However, the COVID-19 pandemic hit hard, and like many in the industry, he faced major setbacks. But rather than giving up, he chose to upskill.
