Video Jockey in New Delhi

Most VJs require an advance payment, usually 30-50% of the total, to confirm the booking. The balance is typically due on the event day or shortly after. Clarify if GST is included in their quoted price or charged extra on the final invoice to avoid surprises, especially for corporate clients.

Reputable visual jockeys often carry backup equipment for critical components like projectors, media servers, or cables. For artist unavailability, they usually have a network of fellow skilled VJs as reliable stand-ins. Discuss their contingency plan for equipment failure and artist substitution during your booking process.

It varies by VJ and package. Some event video jockeys may offer a recorded compilation of their performance or specific visual loops as a post-event deliverable, often for an additional charge. Raw files are less common due to proprietary content. Always clarify this expectation upfront during negotiations.
