Photography And Videography Services in Ahmedabad

Most event photography and videography services in India require an initial advance to secure your booking, especially during festive seasons. Subsequent payments are usually phased, with a major portion due before the event and the remainder upon final delivery of albums or films. Always clarify GST inclusion and invoicing details upfront.

Reputable event photography and videography services typically have contingency plans. This includes backup camera gear, additional battery packs, and a network of trusted substitute photographers or videographers in case of illness. Confirm their protocol for ensuring seamless coverage, especially for extensive events like Indian weddings.

Delivery timelines for edited photos and cinematic videos vary, usually ranging from 8-12 weeks post-event, depending on the scope. Most Photography And Videography Services provide high-resolution edited files and offer options for raw footage or unedited photos.
