3. Do you provide services for events of all sizes, from small gatherings to large-scale celebrations?

Yes we do provide but not too small like a very small home decor etc.and we do on large scale also like big fat wedding to concerts also 

4. How far in advance should I book your services?

With in 4 month

Event Planning Payment Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

• A non-refundable advance payment of 30% of the total event cost is required to confirm your booking.

• The booking is considered final only after this payment is received and a signed agreement is in place.

2. Payment Schedule

• 30% Advance – Due at the time of booking (non-refundable).

• 40% Mid-Payment – Due 30 days before the event date.

• 30% Final Payment – Due 7 days before the event or on the day of the event (before execution starts).

3. Accepted Payment Methods

• UPI / Bank Transfer / Cheque / Cash /Online Payment 

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 30% advance is non-refundable.

• If cancellation is made:

• More than 30 days before the event – 70% of the paid amount (excluding advance) is refundable.

• 15-30 days before the event – 50% refund (excluding advance).

• Less than 15 days before the event – No refund.

• In case of unavoidable natural calamities or emergencies, rescheduling can be discussed.

5. Last-Minute Bookings

• For events booked less than 15 days in advance, 100% payment is required upfront.

6. Extra Services or Overtime

• Any additional services requested after the contract will be charged separately and must be paid before the event ends.

• Overtime charges (if any) will be discussed and billed accordingly.

7. Late Payment Fees

• Delayed payments beyond the due date may attract a late fee of 5% per week, unless discussed.

⸻Security Deposit (Optional)

• For high-value events, a refundable security deposit may be requested and will be returned post-event if no damage or loss occurs.
