We offer flexible configurations to suit your event:

• Solo / Duo – perfect for small, elegant gatherings, private dinners, and intimate celebrations
• Trio – ideal for mid-sized events, cocktail-style evenings, and corporate functions
• Full Band (5–6 piece) – designed for large venues, festivals, weddings, and high-energy celebrations

Our performances are professionally scaled in terms of sound, stage presence, set duration, and audience engagement, ensuring the experience feels seamless and impactful regardless of event size.

Whether it’s a cozy house party or a crowd of thousands, we curate the performance to fit the space, audience, and atmosphere perfectly 🎶✨

You can book Starring Vanya and the Constellations as early as 6–12 months in advance, especially for festivals, New Year’s Eve, destination weddings/corporates, and large-scale corporate events.

For private events, club shows, and smaller bookings, we typically accept bookings 2–8 weeks in advance, subject to availability.

That said, popular dates (weekends, festive seasons, and December dates) tend to fill up quickly, so we recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your preferred date.

Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability.

Dates are confirmed only upon receipt of the signed agreement and advance payment.

Starring Vanya and the Constellations

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all parties, the following payment terms apply to all bookings of Starring Vanya and the Constellations.

1. Booking Confirmation

• A performance date is considered confirmed only after receipt of a signed agreement and the advance payment.
• Dates are held on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved without payment.

2. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required at the time of confirmation.
• The remaining 50% balance must be cleared before the performance begins on the event day, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For festivals, corporates, or multi-day events, customized payment schedules may be discussed in advance.

3. Mode of Payment

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
• UPI
• Any bank or transaction charges are to be borne by the client.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 14 days or more prior to the event:
  Advance payment is non-refundable. Rescheduling may be considered subject to availability.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the event:
  100% of the agreed performance fee is payable.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the event:
  Full payment is due, with no rescheduling.

5. Delays & Performance Time

• Performance timings will be as mutually agreed.
• Delays caused by the client exceeding 30 minutes may lead to a shortened set with no reduction in fee.
• Extensions beyond the agreed performance duration will incur additional charges, subject to the band’s availability and prior consent.

6. Technical & Production

• The client is responsible for providing the agreed sound, lighting, stage, and power setup unless otherwise specified.
• If technical shortcomings affect the performance, the band reserves the right to modify or conclude the set without refund.

7. Travel, Accommodation & Hospitality

• For outstation or destination events, the client must provide or cover:
  • Travel (air / rail / road)
  • Accommodation (minimum 3-star or equivalent)
  • Local transportation
• Green room access, refreshments, and basic hospitality are expected for all events.

8. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond control (natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies), the advance remains non-refundable. Rescheduling may be discussed based on mutual availability.

9. Taxes & Deductions

• All applicable taxes (GST, TDS, etc.) are payable by the client as per law.
• Any TDS deducted must be accompanied by appropriate documentation.

10. Recording & Usage Rights

• Audio or video recording for commercial use requires prior written approval.
• The band retains the right to use non-commercial footage for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.

11. Acceptance of Terms

Confirming a booking implies acceptance of this payment policy in full.
